Hi there, I have a 2012 T5, 2L diesel, 94k miles. Recently it has started to have a regular droning noise on idle.

The other item noticed is that it can sometimes run on for a few seconds after the engine is switched off.

There are no warning lights or codes flagging up. Has anyone noticed anything similar? Or any thoughts what it might be?

You may be better off finding a forum for T5's as this is T25/T3 and about 20-30 years before your vans time
