Part Identification

Early Bay T2 with petrol engine 1.6 has difficulty in running and suspect a ‘sensor’ fault!?! Have removed this Sensor Unit but cannot identify which sensor it is !?!? No Part No on it either.
Can anyone Identify the part please? And where to obtain a replacement?

Looks like a water pump to me - not a sensor!

Its an idle speed control valve.

Auxiliary air valve from a Mexican bug / Brazilian bay.
It's not a T3 part.
