So i have spent hours today changing my Coolant flushing the whole van twice until water ran through clear, lovely!!! i was using a large flat box lid to catch the coolant and after i finished the coolant job i glanced at remaining liquid in the lid and it looked very oily so i touched it and holy crap it had thick oil in it and pretty deep, also on the top of the engine block it has two small oil pools, i am pretty much a novice on stuff like this and have no idea whats caused it but im crapping myself.
Any experts who knows whats just happened i would really appreciate the help,
Thanks.

How much pressure were you using ??
Is the oil missing of the dip stick?
You didnt bother to tell us what engine ? Oil cooler failed?

Sorry your right its recon 1.9 DG, with a Weber DGAV, engine only done max 1800 miles, Weber is brand new done 30 miles max with existing breather tower and the existing hose goes into through the filter of the weber. Tomorrow i am going to put some card under the van and see if anymore oil comes out and try and locate where its coming from, i was very shocked about the amount of oil came out and i didnt even notice it happening. Hopefully i have attached some pictures it gives you an idea of quantity,

the tray did have some old coolant in aswell at the time.

Looks like i have sorted it, so when i removed the pierburg and the airbox ect i took the oil breather pipe and put in in the airfilter of the Weber thinking that would just work the same as having the pipe into the plenum but what it is doing is building pressure it would seem and forces the oil out of the the base of the filler tube hence the massive oil loss. So i ran it without the oil breather pipe to the Weber and i couldnt re create the problem. Thank you to the members that helped out i appreciate it.

the breather is just for blow by gasses, if your crankcase is that presurised that its ejecting quantaties of oil the something is not good IMO .
who and what was done on the recon, and why refresh the coolant so soon?
