Rocker Covers won't stop leaking.. HELP!!!!

PLEASE can anyone help with this one?

I'm fairly experienced with the engine but this one has brought me to my knees!

I CANNOT stop both sides leaking oil and thought I'd see if anyone on here had any bright ideas?

I have a 2L Air cooled Devon moonraker.

I have tried everything...

Original rocker covers with new gaskets put on with a little grease - LEAKING
New Rocker Covers, new Bails, new gaskets - LEAKING
Both the above with Hylomar Blue - LEAKING
In desperation - EMPI Bolt ons with new gaskets - LEAKING
EMPI with Hylomar - LEAKING

I've tried every tactic and I'm sick of people telling me "just a little grease and new gaskets and I've never had a problem"!

I'm thinking now that I'm trying to treat a symptom rather than the disease..

Anyone with more technical knowhow than me think of anything else?

Ie, is there too much oil in there and the pressure is too high? Is that something that would cause this? Could it be the l is draining out quick enough and they're filling up and building up pressure? As you can see... I'm really trying to think outside the box on this one!

I've found that I think they are sealed then I go for a drive, engine gets hot and they start leaking.

I lost a litre over about 100 miles! my poor heat exchangers are covered in oil all the time which burns off and people keep saying I'm on fire..

HELP!!! PLEEEAASEE!!

Never had any issues with the cork gaskets ( fitted with a finger full of multipurpose grease) and original rocker covers .
Are your heads damaged where the gasket fits?

Yeah that's literally what everyone is saying to me 🥴🤦

I've tried 2 different types of cork gasket and have cleaned and wire wooled the heads so they are super clean. No sign of any dents or dings.

Put the rocker covers on a flat surface and check to see if they are  twisted. That's what happened to one of mine.

Hi I've got the same trouble, but I think mine
is a timing issue, it's only started since I adjusted to he tappets, if I didn't know better I'd say it's pressurised the sump I've got oil leaking from several points ,never had an oil leak before adjusting the tappets, this 11/2 turns from touching can't be right, think it's opening the valves slightly , and allowing pressure in the sump, so have you done your tappets lately
