optimum RPM range for a CT1600 engine on the highway?

Wondering what is the recommended cruising RPM and or speed for a CT1600 engine on highway?

I would say around 3-3500 RPM (~90-100 kmph depending the gearbox ratio)

Thanks. I was worried about running at that high of Rpm for a few hours at a time. my ring and pinon is a 5.43.
