Engine starts ok, revs a bit high as you would expect with the choke.  Engine settles but once it gets hot the revs sound excessive when idling.

Just done a search on the forum for this topic and found a post with the same problem... from me, 7 years ago.  A dirty air intake or cracked air intake tube is often the culprit, apparently.

Check the choke cam is still sprung and returning home.
