look closely you see that scratch, I. the oil filter's rubber seal?
it's a crack actually from new and the spray of oil emptied this cars sump in just one journey to work
the filter was tightened properly. Luckily driver stopped and phoned my mechanic when the oil.light and dash shouted at him.
little things eh? Doubt I would have spotted or noticed it or even reacted to it either.but it runs oblique all the way from inside to outside.
