Hi everyone, not sure if this should be on this forum so sorry if not.
I have a 1990 1.6 TD and would like to fit solar panels to the roof. As the roof goes up front to back and over hangs
i wondered about fitting the wires. Anyone fitted to this type of roof before ? If so any pics. Please. Added some photo’s to show what I mean . Cheers Pete.

Does anyone know what happened to James? His blog dried up, shame because it is an excellent resource.

Hi there , thanks for the info great pics. And very in-depth but easy to understand.
The wheels are vw ones I think they are called carrat alloys. Hope this helps.
