Hi All

My 1990s water-cooled T25 camper (Holdsworth conversion) recently failed its MOT - quite catastrophically! MOT paperwork attached/below.







I'm taking the van to a local recommended welder next week (so hopefully have those bits covered off from the long list of work required) but I'd be grateful for any advice from others about how extensive the rest of the work is likely to be, and most importantly any recommendations for mechanics/workshops/specialists who could help in the west Kent/east Surrey/Sussex area.

I'm in Tunbridge Wells, but willing to travel a little to get the job(s) seen to by someone who knows what they're doing and charges a fair price.

Hey Andy, I'm from the area. I used to be in High Brooms (opp The Brickworks pub) and now in Rotherfield.
Try Corn Exchange Garage in Tunnel Rd (middle of town)
Phil is the old boy mechanic genius with Anthony his son running the office.
Good bunch there, lots of knowledge, always busy, won't rip you off.

Thanks for this and your follow up recommendation. I'll give Corn Exchange Garage a ring tomorrow and see what they say.
