Stiff sliding door handle & door

Hi . As a new t25 owner I apologise if this is a bit simplistic to some people. Two things I’ll do the minor one first .
1: Side door sliding is a bit stiff , from what I read its door off and check / grease the rollers and replace if worn ?
2 the more extreme issue . Sliding door handle is very stiff when pushing down to open , it’s like ‘is this handle going to break? ‘ and turning the key when locking it feels very tight to point is this key going to break ?
Any advice would be much appreciated . Howard Cornwall
