Hi, I'm after a bit of advice.
Last year I fitted the larger Brickwerx oil cooler to my 1.6td JX. I want to change the oil but not sure how to do it properly so that I get as much of the oil out as possible,?
TIA

Hello there.
I’ve got a oil cooler from Brickwerks fitted to my TD AAZ engine.
when I change the oil  on my camper I drain the oil ,then I undo the top oil cooler pipe at the oil cooler thermostat where the oil filter screws too then I get my compressor pipe to fit into this and blow air into the pipe( turn down air pressure on compressor)This then pusher’s all the oil out of the oil cooler to your oil filter outlet until air comes out.
Hope this helps.
Dazzer.

I haven't got a compressor unfortunately, might look to get one.
I suppose if I do often enough oil changes just emptying the sump won't be the end of the world?
