Cu 2.0 Alternator adaptation

Hi all,
Managed to snap a bolt on my 45amp alternator, and believe new replacements are impossible to find (ones that are any good).
Has anyone here adapted a WBX alternator to fix the type 4 cu 2.0 engine?
Some of these alternators look very similar, and I just wondered if I can get one to fit with spacers or a new bracket.
Thanks all and have a lovely Christmas.

There are still some workshops which repair good ole alternators.
2 weeks ago, Parry Auto Electrics repaired me an alternator including needed modifications for an excellent price.

Thanks guys.
Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
A bolt holding a plate, which holds in one of the bearings snapped as the inside face of the baring had ceased onto the shaft.
Also I would like to increase the output slightly (to 65 amps), so that with the bolt issues (which, yes can be repaired) got me wondering about adapting an existing available alternator.
I’m aware that the replacement alternators for mine were abysmal, and are now vertically non existent now, so thought I would look at the idea.

Depends where you are in the world fella.
Curd Bros in Tunbridge Wells, Kent are epic at refurbishing alternators, starter motors and everything auto electrical.
