Switch wiring routing

Couple more questions . What is the order for the right hand switches? The wires seem a little tight in which ever way I fit the blinker switch and the fog switch? Guess I could refer to the handbook? Also the steering column doesn't seem to butt up properly where the rubber buffer connect the two sections(the collapsible bit). Is there a way to bring them together or is it ok as shown
