What are my options as the RHS has rusted through. I have seen the ali ones? Any good?

you could delete the opening 1/4 light but that would mean changing the seal, glass and bar, but they are more readily available and cheaper - they tend to leak air and water less too, once fitted nothing to go wrong. If you have a Caravelle with the 'chrome' trim it might be less of an option
Mick at VWNW usually has opening 1/4 light frames so worth giving him a bell - he has listings in for sale on here and on Ebay and I think on fb so contact details readily available

I may have one somewhere. I will have a dig in one of the sheds, and get back to you ASAP.

Thanks Rob - the van came with a replacement Bar but the frame itself has disintegrated.

Its a Syncro Atlantic so I would be shot if I put a fixed quarter light in it!

I just checked where I thought they would be, only to find the rubbers. I must have moved them on at some point, but I can't remember doing so. Sorry.

I have a good right side frame, only frame without upright bar, very solid just a bit of surface rust.
