Where are we at with fuel injectors and availability these days for a DJ engine.
I suspect I have one that is not happy.
0 280 150 206 is the original part no.
People talk of alternatives but they seem to be drying up also.
www.injectorcleaning.co.uk in Hull seem to have a defective website at present.

Not used them myself for cleaning. But these might be worth trying.

Thanks for the links. I had spotted these
The green one is made by DF or Defus. A Chinese manufacturer, carries the Bosch part no but is not an original.
The yellow Bosch units are 0 280 150 711. Originally intended for SAAB I think. I believe the flow rate is higher which would lead to a richer mix.
The DJ doesn't have a lambda sensor so couldn't adjust the injection time for the richer air/fuel mix.
Many used HGL in Hull for cleaning but I can't contact them via their website.

Email them. I sent a few sets to them on a clean only basis (fitted FKM hose myself) a while ago, they returned everything dead or alive.
On the wbx6 I have fitted EV14 (?) modern type fogger nozzle injectors by Injector Rehab, but that ecu has a lambda sensor. Bought theough BW.

Now if someone wants to be enterprising they could get a little ultrasonic cleaner and spray testing machine set up in their shed...

Saw that myself the other day! I've located a couple of places here in Northern Ireland so may give them a try.

Chinglish text and if you scroll far enough they say shipped direct from PRC

I'm not surprised at that price.

I didn't notice that. It seems everything comes from there nowadays.

I have a spray tester and an ultrasonic cleaner at work. Might give it a try on my spare set of MV injectors if I can work out what potions and lotions to use.
