ImageHas anyone used Evaporust to treat old parts?
I'm looking to get a trailing arm for my bus and the majority are secondhand and obviously have surface rust and are a bit gnarly (although I'm assuming still better quality tham current new parts).

Was thinking of getting an old arm and using this to clean it up before hammeriting it and waxoyling the insides.

Anyone has much success with this?

Cheers!

I have. It is like water so only really any good for dipping rusty items in. I saw Edd China use it on a Land Rover chassis on Youtube and I was very impressed. It didn't work as well as I had hoped though. After 24 hours, some rusty bolts were a lot better but hardly came out shiny metal!!

I use Rustbuster FE-123 as a rule which always gives impressive results.
