New Arm??

So….

Coming to the end of replacing gear box and looking under van I poke around a trailing arm and start uncovering this…

I think I know the amswer,.. but is this game over??

the mount doesn't look much better than the arm either.

The outer bolt looks good enough to get a purchase on, i have seen some that have worn away. What are the inner bolts like, and the other side.

The bolt snapped in the socket.. outside off now with grinder.. inside one is a nightmare also… nothing is easy.. will hopefully get my multi tool on that in the morning..

Thanks Tony I did…

Inside ones are a right pain…

Worried also about getting 4 bolts off hub off with a spanner as the brake disk stops me from putting a socket on it…we shall see

Cut through the trailing arms near the mounts and drop it down and then cut the heads off the 4 hub bolts to remove the brake/hub unit.
