Morning all can anyone tell me what's involved changing engine mounts on 2.0 cu Aircooled engine mine are soft need changing

I had to remove the rear tinware and the cooling fan housing to remove the bolts through the support bar. If I remember correctly, I thought if the bolts had been put in from the engine side this wouldn't have been necessary. 

Thanks for advice going to give this a go during winter lay up
