Hello all, new here, need help on a ‘89 T25

It’s the wiper issue , I’d say the motor is blown and possibly the air blower combo problem, not sure.

So I have voltage going to the connector block of the motor, so would that tell me it’s the motor that gone? Ya? And it’s fuse off 17, with the metal jumper instead of a relay.

I have a multi meter, can I test the Motor with it to see if blown.

I also have no air blower working.

Thanks in advance

Hello , welcome
I guess you have a later van with the blade fuses , fuse 17 for the wipers . If you have correct voltage at the motor then it’s a fair assumption the motor is at fault , assuming you are taking the voltage reading from the connection on the motor and the motor chassis for neg ?

The heater fan is on fuse 13 , so a separate fault , and can be as simple as just the switch , if the fuse is intact .

If its the motor itself its a dash out job

Thanks everyone.

Ordered the wiper motor, installed and working like a dream.

Pulled the airbblower out and seen it was covered in dust, cleaned it out and it’s also working 😃
