No full throttle after carb rebuild.

Having just refurbished my pierburg 2e carb with a kit from brickwerks and also changed the accelerator pump assembly and diaphragm from 13 mm to 19mm I can't seem to get full throttle and get above 40 mph anyone any ideas?
On the plus side I have got rid of the hesitation when pulling away

Are you actually getting full movement of the throttle cable ? Can you rev it higher by hand on the carb ??

No couldn't get full throttle at carb.
Turns out it was the 19mm pump arm, it was a little longer than the 13 mm and was catching the manifold.
Tweaked it a bit and all is good now

Yep it will hit the manifold if not adjusted, glad you fixed it.
