Throttle Cable and Lever Length

I installed a new throttle cable and the brickwerks throttle lever this weekend to tidy up my engine bay.
(Missing metal clip is on back order with brickwerks).
Looks good, but the trouble now is that I don't seem to have enough reach to connect the cable to the lever.
Lever adjustment is maxed out, and so is the connection under the acceleration pedal.
Am I missing another adjustment somewhere?
