I was talking to NLAVW at Volksworld yesterday about these:
Heavy Duty PVC Tonneau Cover for T25 Single Cab Pick Up
Product Code: C9768
Trouble is I want a black one, not grey.
Salesman said if I can arrange a pre-order of x10 from this club they'll make 10 black ones.
They're £500
Would anyone be interested?

HaHa!
Yeah - they are very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Any other ideas, what are people using?
What do you use for the support bars too? Bit of box aluminium?

I got mine from The Tarpaulin Company (online tool for designing your own cover) although to be fair it's not as 'fitted' as the NLAVW one at the cab end (I made up a clamp myself) Partly down to me as I just wanted a simple cover to keep worst of the weather off machinery/tools. It is held on sides and tailgate using bungee cord through eyelets, not the little straps. Decent quality and it's stood up to several years of abuse being stretched over machinery and garden waste material (I use the truck daily for work). For supports I used heavy duty gate hinge pins, welded to inside of drop sides and then bent lengths of copper pipe to drop over the pins, with an upwards curve in the middle to help shed water.
I can get some pics if it helps

Thanks Muttly, good info.
~£200 incl. VAT from The Tarpaulin Company
NLAVW have a magnet sewn in along the bulkhead edge.
Yes, I’d like to see your design of the supports please
