Recommendations for keeping the T25 outside

Hi all,
I've recently purchased a 1986 Holdsworth fitted with a subara legacy 2.5 (the sound put a smile on my face immediately). It has been undersealed and the paintwork is in pretty good condition for its age with no visible rusting, bubbles or nasty seams. It has been kept indoors for the last 10 years and was used only occasionally.
I'm a real believer in using my vehicles so want to get the most out of driving it. However, I don't have inside storage. I live in the Somerset countryside and have hard standing but no shelter.
It's likely to be in use 3-4 times per week but unlikely to be doing more than 30-40 miles in that week. Once the weather turns warmer mileage will increase to about 800 miles per month.
What suggestions / recommendations would you have for keeping it in good condition?
