Hello, 
Our headlight round glass has fallen out. we can not figure out how they are secured into the fixture to prevent them falling out in the future. 

any help would be great.

I should think so yes. As it's a late van. I would have thought early vans were the same.

The glass is glued onto the reflector , and is not held in by the metalwork to the best of my knowledge .
Early and late are the same

My glass fell off so I used Gorilla glue, clamped it for 24hrs and all good a year or so later.

My Hella H4 headlamps lenses were bonded onto the bowls with a grey sealant.
But I am not convinced that it is adequate when it gets warm.
One lens had slipped out of position in storage.

I would have used Sikaflex as I have found that goo much more secure.

I used bathroom sealant several years ago. The old seal had failed and they were half full of water…

You wont get a new glass i wouldnt think …… whole light unit only

As for better lighting, do the relay upgrade , and add nightbreaker bulbs.

Take the grill off and undo the four screws that hold the headlight frame to the van , then undo the adjusters
