old eber a few questions??

Just removed the old b2l eber from the Westy, big red fella.

I am after the new type ebers does anyone know if they will plug straight on to the plugs already installed?? Has anyone done this??

Or maybe look for a an old diesel one from a Westy (prob rocking horse)

Now is probably the best time to buy one as well. :wink:
postage was 30 euros if I remember correctly which I thought was good value, unlike the Royal mail.

I think most bits are the same I know that the thermostat states B2l or D2l so I cant really think of anything that you can't switch.
When searching Gebay do the search for D2l if there is not one there, one will come up in a week or so, as they come up quite often.
Ps. a B2l and a D2l look identical.
does yours work as it will fetch a price on ebay. :wink:
to be honest though if I were you I would get hold of a D1l or D1lc the D/B2l weighs 17Kg, and the new ones are tiny so will heat up a lot quicker.
some one will want yours even if its just for the casing as they are interchangeable as well, and they rust bad.
Your case looks in pretty good nick.
