Interior electrics

Hi all,
Just looking for some help with the interior electrics. Ours has been messed about with over the years so nothing like the original so I’m just wanting to sort it out to make sure I don’t get voltage droppage etc. got a solar panel that’s currently installed that I’d like to keep. Can anyone recommend where to start with good practice/best case scenario setup? My electrical knowledge is limited but I’m keen to learn. Looking to run our dometic fridge, water pump, two lights and gas heater. Leisure battery is currently under the passenger seat and I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying a new one with better capacity, I’m not convinced that it’s got full capacity at the moment so want to change it.
