looking for some help please  (based in cardiff )
just went to start van after 3 weeks (running fine last run)
i have no spark at the plugs/  have tried plug in end of coil lead to distributor/ no spark that way either
i need to get meter to check 12 volt to coil ..

engine is turning over ok as normal

any ideas or thoughts where to start etc

Check black wires for 12v when key is on.
Measure the coil primary and secondary, Brickwerks website has a good how to.
Measure HT leads to make sure they are OK, again Brickwerks website has what they should read.
If they all check out OK Ignition amp unit might have failed

thanks stesaw.    is the ignition amp the thing screwed to body on side of engine bay

ps  where does the 12 v supply come from?  if you know
