Hi

I had a look at the wiki but couldn't find anything, apologies if Ive missed it - is it possible to change the hall sender without removing the distributor and knackering the timing up - all the videos I've seen online show it being changed with the distributor off the van but the local garage reckon it can be done with it in ?

Not really, mark the position of the distributor and it will be the same as before
