Hi looking for some help where do the pipes go on the thermostat housing.Please see photo.

I’m not sure i understand your question, as you have pictures of the pipes in your post ?

the disconnected one goes to the black plastic junction tube 251 121 438 B on the right side of the engine
the hose pictured isn't the original one 251 121 058 A

if you google these part numbers you'll see what they look like, if you take a look at online parts catalogue zap7 you'll see the basic layout of the multitude of hoses
