Morning All

I have just bought a VW T25 2L air-cooled Camper Van, this is my first time buying a vehicle like this, so I am very new, I have noticed a  problem with what i believe is the fuel pump, when i start the engine there is oil coming out of the the pipe, then when I stop the engine it continually dips for a bit then stops, I can only assume this is some sort of outlet pipe?  I have checked the oil and notice it has been over filled, tried to explain as best I can, can anyone suggest anything please, thanks in advance Steve
