roof bars for westfalia

I recently purchased a 1990 Westfalia German import, which already has roofrack mounts on the top (as opposed to the side). The previous owner told me they are also Westfalia. Pictures below. Does anyone know where I can purchase roof bars that will fit the existing mounts? or is this a bad idea?
