Hi my T25 has started leaking and it is coming in just above the rear view mirror. The first 2 times were when it snowed and was very cold but that may just be a coincidence. I've had it 4 years and only just started to leak. There are holes in the luggage rack but they have always been there? Not sure if I need to get someone to take off the luggage rack and look underneath or if I can do it? I could seal the holes but they have always been there and may it fix anything underneath?
I have also had terrible issues with mice and the last time put the pop top up i found 42 acorns! (Seem to have solved my mouse problems atm with an audible deterrent )
There are a couple of pics to show what I mean with the roof. I'm hoping someone has a fix that won't break the bank or my van before I run off and buy sealant

Mice do eat acorns and given i have caught over 10 in my van over the winter I'm not sure any squirrels would get a look in

The metal under the roof can rot terribly. here's an extreme example.

Wow that looks expensive . Is it a pro job to get to the roof under the luggage bit?

Having never removed one,I can't honestly answer that question. I'm sure someone will be along who can.

l’d head to google translate to get a better understanding of the instructions, but even without this step you should get a better idea of what’s likely to be involved.

The front roof is pretty easy to remove , a row of bolts at the back and the 4 you can see around the front , the rears are hidden under the headliner front are clearly visible, the roof is quite light 10-15kgs

Had the same a few times. Seems to be when I go between using my home wifi (all parental locks etc) and my normal mobile connection.

No idea what spamhaus do, but I have been blocked many times.

Even on my other forum, for which I am a senior admin.

95% of the time I am okay, and then suddenly I am blocked for an hour.
Then I am back to normal again.

Use my normal home or work's wifi with no issues.

Not sure if it is relevant but my mobile service data provider is EE.

I spoke to them once whilst I was working on the other forum.
They were not helpful at all.

If it really is a pain and a recurring problem being IP blocked, download a VPN app so you can switch between IP addresses?
( Extreme fix for sure, but doable. )

I've managed to get the front section off the van to investigate. Doesn't look too bad just need to find a garage now. Assuming it needs welding to stop the leak.

Did you van have a factory sunroof and it's been removed and an sheet of metal rivited and sealed into position?.. It looks like the sealant has failed over time.

Yes I think that is it. There is a definite sunroof shaped metal section of the roof where the water is getting in. Tbh I would prefer a sunroof to a leaky luggage rack!

Looks like a sunroof perhaps, i would drill out the rivets , pull that section out , clean , paint and re-seal it
