Front suspension torquing up.

I have replaced most of the bushes on my front suspension plus all associated nuts and bolts, and have now put everything back together finger tight. I'm wondering if there is a particular sequence I should torque everything back up, and whether anything should be left until it's back with it's wheels on the ground. I need to tighten:
- Shock absorber top mountings - 30Nm
- Shock absorber lower mountings - 145Nm
- Wishbone to upper balljoint socket head bolts = 55Nm
- Lower control arms to body - 90Nm
- Lower control arms to radius rods/Steering knuckles - 20Nm
- Radius rods to body - 100Mm
- Anti roll bar to body - 20Nm
- Droplinks to radius rods - 30 Nm
- Steering rack to body - 25Nm
- Tie rod ball joints to steering knuckle - 30Nm
- Steering coupling disc - 20Nm
