AVB engine from a 2002 A4?

Hello, I’m new to the forum and picking up a T25 Doka at the weekend. It’s a 1988 with a 1.6JX engine which is seized and potentially completely useless same with gear box.
My question is, given the above drive train state I’ve been offered a 2002 1.9tdi Audi A4 with the 100bhp AVB engine complete and running. Will this fit with the AFN kit Ultimate engineering sell? I would intend on doing the flipped gearbox as well.
