propex 2000 heater unit

anyone got a fix for our propex 2000 heater as its not sparking to ignite the lpg.
Propex are still living in 2022 and say they are closed for Christmast etc but dont respond to emails or phone calls except on a recorded message so have they ceased trading as I need some techinical advice/spares .
Anyone have an alternative heater as Propex used to be good on the phone but are pretty useless now!
