Lot of nonsense on YouTube, but I found this snapped & recessed bolt removal video seemingly genuine and particularly helpful:

I think anyone who works on their own T25 has watched these type of videos.

The video makes it look easy because all bolts are clean - t25 bolts are normally rust and dirt welded.

Clean bolts, plus gas, shock, slowly tighten - loosen- tighten - loosen. Key is no ham fisting.

New bolts with antiseize.

But he's not on his back under the van, coolant isn't dripping on him, there's no water pump in the way, and the heads not been stripped because it's been in there since 1983 but 7 people have removed it only the stick it back 8n rather than replace.
