No doubt there are various sellers and styles to choose from,
but could we share some wisdom and experience here.

I am open minded about wether to choose LED or not..
the reason for looking was at first to find some inner lights,
as my grille is the SA twin round, with smaller ones rusted,
so with the thought of replacing them I looked at options.

Seemed like a good idea to start a thread for ongoing inputs,
hoping for practical advice from people who are using them,
as well as window shoppers who also might be thinking aloud.

Absolute p take at that price. What when a bulb fails. Spend another 650.

@mioba is right, at this price it's just throwing money out the window.

In the uk you cannot legally just stick a led headlight bulb in a headlight that should be halogen .
You must fit the complete headlight unit and you should have headlight washers and self levelling according to to legislation

CVC are greedy at that money for sure

Christ, for that price I'd rather go for some Vision X.

Anybody got a self levelling system fitted to their t25 they can show us ?

Only a mug would pay £650 for a set of bulbs. Just buy some nightbreaker bulbs and do the relay upgrade. That is more than adequate.

I carried out the relay mod some time ago but still have the original headlight bulbs. Osram do three types of Night Breaker Bulbs - 200, Laser and Silver. Which type is being fitted by T25 owners and, those with twin square headlights, do folks upgrade all the bulbs?

Exactly what i have done.
Only i fitted Mk2 Golf crystal clear smoked units with Osram Nightbreaker bulbs.
Does the job for me.

I changed my bulbs to nightreakers years ago. Clean up the cable connections (and grounds) before any relay mod.

I'm not sure if you have driven a T3 (or any vehicle for that matter) with LED headlamps but I do struggle with them.
I put some of the Trucklight 7" ones in my syncro, soon took them out, the sharp cut off that  the beam pattern provides made driving difficult, at least with a round headlamp they do tend to spray light around above the cut off and you can see just a little bit further.
I took them out, put them in a pick up and sold the the truck.
As Mocki says, legally you cannot fit them anyway, yes, the MOT tester may pass the vehicle, that does not give them legality, the issues are more to do with contruction and uses regulations.
As a company we've stayed away from selling them as I believe that we're on dodgy ground by doing so, not in to misleading customer.
As there aren't any nice round headlamps and the fact the the SA produced Hella items are utter dog toss then we came up with this kit.

I have that in my syncro and i've been pleasantly surprised by them, about as good as they are going to get legally.
If you want LED headlamps then simply google 7" round LED headlamps, loads of choice out there.

My van isn't fast enough to outpace the standard headlights!!
