twin solex pdsit carbs

I have a 1982 t25 with dual solex 32-34 pdsit carbs which I am having a great deal of difficulty setting up. Is there anyone in the Neath/Port Talbot area that can give advice or point me in the direction of someone who can helpor give me the name of a garage that can help. thank you Yolo

The green Haynes manual has lots of info for the carbs.
