Exhaust manifold for T3 Pick up 1z conversion

My van is currently having a conversion to a 1z engine. The old manifold has no waste gate outlet. The 1z does but the flange is at completely the wrong angle and is fouling on the engine mount. Has anyone sorted a problem like this ? Thank you in advance.
