possibly same way Syncro vacuum pipes, through the big rubbber grommet the brake pipes go through ahead of the gearstick; a guess, I've never seen a factory cruise set up

I didn't have one so i just bought the 3 pin connectors and pins from brickwerks and used trailer board 7 core cable... Kept it nice and neat colours match pretty well as is a yellow a green and a white... It also left me spare wires for other. MODs. Such as oil temp sensor im fitting.

Did you strip out all the wires from the protective outer sheath? I would like to keep three wires inside trailer board cable sheath.

The way I read it,
It looks like he did not strip any wires out.
Just used the three colours that he wanted, and kept the other wires for future projects.

Only suggestion is to carefully slice the outer sheath and then use the inner conductors to split the cable for it's whole length.
3 in one hand, 4 in the other and pull the wires apart..

You could then either use looming tape or tubular sleeving from Brickwerks to create your 3 core flex.

Just as easy would be to use a 3 core electrical flex, say for household lighting circuits.

Yes. Thought about household 3 core. But the cable/wire size is much thicker than 12volt stuff....making it difficult to fit auto connectors

Didn't bother stripping out the four unwanted cables. Just cut them flush with the protective sheath and placed some heat shrink over both end with the three required coloure wires exposed.
