Currently in my pile of parts waiting to go on the van are a couple of new front calipers.
Hey came with new sliders, rubbers etc but also some M10 copper washers.

Yet to dismantle the ones in van but my understanding is that the flair fittings on both the short hard line and the flexi shouldn’t need a washer?

Can anyone confirm either way?

no washers needed; where did you get the callipers from ? 

Picked them up from eBay a while back for a good price, same as these
