Brosal carburettor choke problem.

Hi all,

My 1989 petrol automatic has been fitted with a Brosal carburettor, it starts fine but then chokes, misfires and dies unless you keep it going by revving. Once it's warm it runs perfectly. The electric heating element in the choke has burned out & I believe that's the problem. No where seems to sell the parts for Brosal carbs?
Does anyone have a choke for one of these? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks

Phil R

you can use the stock pierburg heating element part with a brosol, its what I did, saved me messing with coolant hoses.
