What bits would I need off a donor car for a 1.8T conversion?

It merely a thought at the moment but, I’ve bought an accident damaged TT for the interior for my own car which was a little shabby.
I essentially now have a stripped car that has a 100k engine in it and I was wondering if I did go down the conversion route, what bits would I actually need from the donor car?
It would be quite a while until I was ready to do it but, considering stashing the parts until ready?
