LT40 Turbo valve and pump timing

I have a normally asperated 6 cyl diesel in my LT40 which i am converting to rally service barge and motor home , so i bought a turbo intercooler engine version ACL ,i then took the head off to check it was all fine which it was , but i did not know how difficult it was to do the valve and pump timing and the tools needed to do it , does anybody know a mechanic or someone who could HELP me with the timing ,the engine is on a trolley i would gladly pay garage rates for this help , i live near Horsham n Sussex
