Rolling Roads in the South East

Hi there - apologies if the answer's already out there, but can anyone recommend a rolling road and tuning service in the South East for our T25 air cooled 1.9 Devon please? We had the Weber single carb conversion fitted last year - but fairly certain it's not been properly set up and certainly not - as recommended - on a rolling road. So I feel that we're not really seeing the benefits of the conversion and for interest sake I'd like to know whether I'm right! Thanks in advance!
(we're based in SW London so going south rather than north would be preferred )

I took my Mk2 16V Golf here once, they knew their VWs. That was fuel injected though, I'm not 100% they do carbs too - but worth an ask, it's all about air/fuel mix after all. Vince knows his Mk2 stuff, that's for sure.

Personally, I'd send the original carb you took off (assumption) & send to Bromyard for a refurbish. They test them once done on a known good van - it'll be 100% upon return.
I'm a Pierburg fan, keep it original type fella, I'm not a Weber fan.

Does it really need a rolling road, can't imagine it makes much difference on a single carb. I'm also in SW London though, so will watch with interest as my T3 failed mot on emissions and i'm in the process of sorting it out.
Recently I took my van (2.1DJ) to Kaz Surrey auto works
https://www.surreyautoworks.com and was pleased with their work. Admittedly it wasn't anything to do with Carb set up (welding and fuel tank replacement).
I ended up at Surrey Auto Works, but contacted Beetlelink and R3 in the hunt for someone to look at it, either could be worth a call:

Vagtech in Surbiton are a modern VAG specialist I have used for years for servicing/MOTs etc on my other cars, not taken my T3 there yet as I haven't needed to, but they have experience with T3s and normally have one floating around.
Another vote for Stealth here, I used to have Mk1 Golfs.

Thank you will certainly investigate them all - always slightly nervous about modern specialists but fair play if you’ve seen a T3 there . As for the need for rolling road - the conversion kit from JK specifically mentioned that it needs adjustment using one - and as I say I’m curious but it may be an expensive way of scratching this particular itch!

Can well recommend Aaron Tucker at HT Racing at Brands Hatch. I’m running a Weber and also have Marco Mansi Rockers - some details of the set up can be seen here:

Thanks will check him out as well - enjoyed the photos of the rockers - currently well beyond my capabilities at the moment!
