Opinions on underside/rust (again)

Hey guys, a couple of weeks ago I posted something very similar where I asked for some opinions on rust. The overwhelming response was that it would have cost me an arm and a leg to repair. I have found another T25 auto-sleeper and have some more pictures of the underside. It is clear that there is some rust, and it has had some work done to it, but to me it looks somewhat minimal. The asking price is 14k, is it worth it? Or should I steer clear. I have included some pictures below.

looks OK and for 14k that should be a bus that needs no massive work done to it.. but there's still a fair few areas you should check. Door steps, under the sliding door cover and other side, under that big bumper at the front there's a flat panel thats a problem area.
Check things like the cv boots and rubbers on ball joints, drop links etc to make sure they aren't perished.
Check the inner sills all the way along, they can blow out if water gets in the van and sits on the floor.

There is a recessed plastic hole bung located at the lower front area of the rear wheel arch, its just visible in your photos, its inward of the small rubber bung. if you pull the recessed plastic bung out you can feel inside the area above the rear jacking point to see if there is rot inside.

As mentioned above, at least they have left the rubber plug in place, and not filled it over.
