Back seat dimensions

Hi all,
I need to replace the back support part of the back seat in my baby. Im guessing it is the original seat/bed as the cushion is going flatish from use and the board is warping slowly. Does anyone know what the dimensions are for a replacement cushions (particularly the depth) and support boards? Im getting loads of different info online when i look it up. Please ignore the horror show of a conversion, thought i had all the right ideas when i took out the units to sort out rust
. Currently when i pull out the bed the, middle part isn't the most comfortable and i am dreading sleeping on it for all of July.
