Brake vacuum

My brake pedal has gone hard! So I’ve done the usual checks. I unplugged the vacuum pipe from the servo and started the engine. I wasn’t getting vacuum there so I replaced the vacuum pump. Now I have vacuum but still have a hard pedal. If I unplug the pipe from the servo and rev it a few times then plug it back in my pedal softens. But after 24 hours the pedal is back to being hard.
Vacuum pump replaced.
One way value working
No aparant leaks in the pipes as when I cover it with my finger it holds it in.
Assumptions at the moment it’s the servo… does anyone have any advice?
