Weber Dual Carb Hex Bar Throttle Linkage

Hi,
Putting dual Weber carbs on 1600 CT engine. I am struggling how to link my vans existing throttle cable to the hex bar linkage between my Weber 34 dual carbs.
The hex bar has a fitting but clearly this needs modifying/extending to get it to work with the original throttle cable.
Is there a kit/part to do this? Any pictures of how this is done would be great.
