Restoration

Hi can anyone recommend a good T25 restorer in the Sheffield area? My 2.0 tin top air cooled is now in need of some welding or a restoration. It’s a 1980. Depending on costs. What is a typical cost of a reasonable resto? What value would be expected if fully restored? It is not a rot box and has no rot in any doors. Mechanically it’s good.
